Admission Partner Agreement

1. Admission Partner access becomes active after approval. The Partner ID, login and portal access must not be transferred or shared.
2. The partner must provide correct information about the course name, duration, fee, certificate type, learning mode and assessment process.
3. The partner must not make false or unauthorized claims relating to a university degree, government diploma, government licence, professional registration, medical-practice authority, guaranteed employment or guaranteed income.
4. Student personal information and documents must be used only for authorized admission and support purposes and must not be shared publicly or misused.
5. Main Course Credit and Bonus Course Credit may be used only for approved portal admissions. Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred or converted into cash. Top-up credit is added only after payment verification.
6. Partner levels are based on lifetime successful admissions. Cancelled, rejected, duplicate and refunded admissions do not count. A new margin applies only to future admissions.
7. The partner must verify student identity, selected course and available credit before creating an admission. A duplicate active admission for the same course is not allowed.
8. Transactions must not be deleted to hide corrections. Approved reversals and audit entries must be used where required.
9. Fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable after admission confirmation, course access activation or commencement of services. Duplicate or failed payments, institute-side cancellation and legally required cases may be reviewed.
10. Only current and approved institute branding, fee material and marketing assets may be used.
11. Fraud, false admission, document misuse, credit misuse, data misuse, abusive conduct or repeated policy violations may result in review, suspension or termination.
12. The institute may publish updated terms and request fresh acceptance when a material change is made.
