Student Account, Admission and Course Terms

The student must provide accurate identity, contact, admission and payment information. Incorrect or misleading information may lead to review, suspension or cancellation.
One permanent Student ID and one permanent username may be used for multiple courses. Each course may have a separate Admission ID. A duplicate active admission for the same course is not allowed.
The student should check the course name, duration, fee, certificate type, learning mode, syllabus and assessment process before registration or purchase.
Course lessons, assessments, notices, receipts, certificates and other services may be delivered through the authenticated Student Portal or LearnPress account. Login credentials must not be shared.
ATAL Institute programs are education, training and skill-development certificate programs. Unless explicitly stated in writing, they are not a university degree, government diploma, government licence, statutory professional registration, authority for independent medical practice or a job guarantee.
Certificate availability may depend on course completion, required learning, assessments, passing criteria, payment status and institute records.
Fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable after admission confirmation, course access activation, release of digital study material or commencement of services. Duplicate or failed payments, institute-side cancellation and legally required cases may be reviewed.
Payment discrepancies must be reported with valid transaction proof.
Student documents may be uploaded after initial registration and may be marked as uploaded, under review, verified, rejected or re-upload required.
The institute may send operational, learning, security and legal updates through the portal, email or registered contact details.
The student authorizes the institute to process submitted information and documents for account, admission, learning, verification, support, receipt and certificate administration.
